I went to the GDK in Chadwell Heath on Sun, 13 Oct 2024. The 3 male staff prepare all orders with bare hands, they grab the lettuce, tomatoes slices, jalapeños etc. with bare hands and put it inside your donnets or boxes, No hygiene, disgusting. No hand washing.

I went to the one in Covent Garden…

I went to the one in Covent Garden London. I had Donna and chips in a box. The most expensive box of chips I’ve ever had. Small amount of meat covering catering chips. I’ve had a try I probably wouldn’t do it again.

Underwhelming lunch time

The chicken kebab quite good, but Staff seemed impatient and disinterested. Presentation was messy. When the food was delivered to the table I had to go back to ask for a fork and spicy sauce. I wanted to wash my hands. There’s a code on the toilet door. There’s no indication inside the toilet as to how to lock the door and no clue outside that the WC is cccupied. Another customer was trying to open the door while I was in there. To top all of this off the toilet was filthy. Overall not a great experience.

Visited Glasgow City Centre GDK (Renfield Street) recently. Delicious kebabs, clean facility, nice ambience and absolutely amazing staff. Shout out to Sakshi for her impeccable service!!!
