Review Time
Can't complain about the food, it's the customer service that needs tweeking. My food was sat on the counter whilst the only 'waiter' was talking away on his phone. My wife pointed this out so I went over and said "I'll just take my food you don't have to bring it over, I'm hungry!" But he insisted "no no I'll bring it over" to which I thought he would realise his error and hang up, bring my food over and apologising. However he just carried on talking! it was probably another minute before he brought it over with no apology. The last time he served me he was spot on so maybe it was an emergency or something, in which case he should have just let me take my food. Next time I will think twice about hoping for a better experience and just go to a normal kebab shop and pay half the price.
Ordered from GDK Bracknell, picked a time slot for 1 hours time and the order was still half hour late, freezing cold, Complained and received a tell it to uber as ordered through third party!! (in other words they don't care).This is not the case I ordered via their website selecting delivery, if they choose to use Uber via their site then it is their responsibility to ensure it's completed to an acceptable standard. If this happened in store you would refuse it!!!3rd time of ordering from GDK Bracknell and 3rd time of cold food, either go to the store and collect or go elsewhere, they are crap at customer care, service or delivery.
