Excellent location, fresh and tasty food, very delicious options of beef or checkin with salads and sauces, and value for the money. The shop team lead by SHAZ were very welcoming, informative and professional, gave us an idea, samples and guided us to choose our dinner, service and cleanses are 10/10. Thank you
At German Diner Kebab at Uxbridge. Second time bad experience. Visited on May 25, 2024. Had to request 3 times to the staff to clean the table and one of girl staff was deliberately ignoring our table. Don't know why. Really bad customer service. Bun was burnt and our customer next to our table were also complaining. Day by day GDK service is dropping down especially on customer service and staff are awful to customers. Won't go back.
(Liverpool store) A £70 order, after 2hrs still not delivered, spoke with the store manager and explained we’d been waiting 2 hours, manager wasn’t helpful and cancelled the order whilst I was on the phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Never again.
Ordered a kebab and a quesadilla. "Quesadilla" was a tortilla wrap with sauce virtually no meat, nothing like advertised. Shared my kebab to help fill the wrap with enough to make it half a meal. Both ended up really ill. Second time this food has made us ill. Wont be going again.
I ordered two chicken og kebabs and while i was waiting i heard the staff over the counter mentioned my full name and one other name and said make beef for these two orders and all the future ordered. Then i call the guy and said this is my name you just mentioned i dont want beef. He said no issue and told the guy in kitchen to make chicken but beef for every future order. Then they had discussion and laughed. Customer service was terrible. And last time fries was missing from the order but i did not bothered. But this is not acceptable as my wife does not eat beef at all. Southall branch is getting bad with terrible service. I complaint on there website but no one bothered to get back to me, not even an acknowledgement email.
Had a discount code to order so gave it a try. It's ok, nice doner sandwich. Nothing really special about it though and I can get better quality from my local kebab place, shish or whatever. Too expensive for me to use without the discount.
