GDK HAVANT visit was worth the amount. Delicious food with amazing service. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Never seen such delight and perfect service. The manager was there to check each and every tiny details . Place is tidy and neat as well .
I normally have very good experience at Baldock GDK but I tried the Dorito burger today. Awful, very thin and lacking in meat. The bun was your supermarket 50p burger bun not the “brioche” pricier one with the logo as advertised on the page. If I wasn’t already at home I would’ve refused it. Guy at the till was sound at least
So I love kebabs and the first time I have come across OGD in Great Yarmouth. The menu look really good, as did the environment. I ordered my food to eat in, the waiter came and dropped my food in front of me, not polite, not with great service, just dropped ………. When I went to the counter (to get salt) the waiter was sat on the back service counter (why), I told him his service manners were appalling and not to throw my food on the table again……. Real shame, the Kebab was delicious, crispy bread, hot fresh meat, delicious sauce. Service excellence counts and the staff need to be trained to meet the required service standards we should all expect in the service industry …….. shame ruined a delicious meal.
