I will never consider this site again. I was searching for cat fountains and once they had my information, I faced issues getting it corrected. After providing my details, it was too late to make changes, and the cats won't use the items. I couldn't cancel the order because they informed me it had already shipped. I was unaware it was coming from overseas, and instead of the one fountain and filters I ordered, I received two fountains and no filters. My attempts to cancel were rejected, leaving me with over $200 spent on items the cats ignore, and returning them has been a nightmare. I tried to cancel right away, but they insisted it was already too late. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I will not order again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Minutes after placing my order, which I did not confirm to pay, it was already on its way. I have sent multiple emails requesting cancellation. I never finalized the order, yet there was no way to reach them. When I receive it, I plan to return it and report it as fraud to my bank. They are a scam, and communication is impossible. I found the same item for half the price elsewhere; do not order from this company.

This product is a total scam. I turned it on next to my dog, and he barked without any response. I reached out for a return, but they only offered a 20% refund. To get a full refund, I must return it to an address in China, which is not mentioned on their website. DO NOT PURCHASE!
This is the biggest scam I've encountered. They charged me for two items even though I ordered one. The package arrived without a return address or packing slip—huge red flag! After many emails, I was told to return it to China, even though it shipped from California. The return shipping costs nearly as much as the items themselves! They claim to have an ex-military CEO, which seems untrue, along with their shady return policy. I will be notifying the appropriate authorities.
This product is worthless. My dog didn't even react. The website looks legitimate, and it seemed to ship from the USA. The claim of a 100% refund is false; they want it returned to China. Since I can't mail it back after being charged, I have no way to respond. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT'S A SCAM!
