This company will not refund or exchange. Their claims are misleading, and they don't respond to emails. They claim to be based in one country but are registered elsewhere and ship from another. Their products are overpriced and can be found for much less on other sites. It seems that reviews and comments on social media may be fake or automated.
This has been a frustrating experience. They sent me the wrong size for my son. The return policy requires sending a picture of the product in its original packaging to get return instructions. I did this, but their response was a 20% refund and to keep the product. I need the correct size, but they have stopped responding. Terrible customer service!
They claim a 100% refund is possible, but I've been emailing customer service for two weeks because they sent the wrong size for my son. They wanted a picture to prove it hadn't been used and offered me a 20% refund. This business is totally bogus! Avoid making a purchase!
The size I received was for a child, not an adult. I was told by John that the order was correct. However after sending photos back to John with a tape measure showing the product I received was wrong , I was asked if I wanted a 10% then 20% discount. Really nice website, everything looked great. Don’t purchase. Poor customer service.
My wife and I accidentally ordered two, and I requested to cancel one days before shipping. The product still shipped, and the owner said he would provide a shipping label. He replies once a week, offering a small discount and asking for pictures of the insole. The package remains unopened, and I just want to return the item that should never have been sent. I’m disputing with my bank since it's been over a month, and I keep getting emails for a trivial 10% discount on an item I didn’t want.
They are a scam. I ordered 2 insoles over a month ago. Received nothing but emails claiming they were on their way. Then the tracking said in accessible. Then wrong address. Then return to warehouse. After 15 emails, I have yet to see a refund. They are now saying I only paid half of what I was charged and that that’s what the can refund me. It’s still not credited to my card. Keep in mind I have “shipping insurance” purchased through them.
One son is agreeing to wear these and it reassures me that he is getting good foot support. He had complained of leg pain and now the situation seems to have resolved. My other son refuses to wear his. Says they make him feel like the shoe is a platform. He is perhaps more particular about not feeling like things are tight- prefers sweats to slacks, for example. Likes shoes and sandals to be a little loose. So these insoles can make the foot feel more crowded which doesn’t work for a kid like him. 1 out of 2 kids is ok, I suppose! Customer service was kind when I reached out about it.
