Everything exceeded expectations - the package arrived promptly, was well-prepared, and presented nicely. From the purchase to delivery, everything was exceptional. As beginners in wallpapering, we were initially concerned and spent considerable time looking for videos and instructions, although those provided by the service were quite clear. Our wall posed challenges with its slope and uneven borders, so it took us over four hours to complete, with just a minor flaw. The end result is stunning, and the quality of the material is outstanding. Now I’m inspired to wallpaper all my walls! 😀
I want to expand on my earlier comments regarding the service. The support team has been outstanding. They reached out to me and generously offered a voucher to replace the wallpaper I had selected. This time, I opted for the Premium Textured option, which requires paste before application. The product is of very high quality, and I am confident it will look amazing once installed.
I'm in a state of panic! My mural has been on the wall for less than three hours, and it's already peeling off completely! One panel is on the floor stuck to itself, and the others are coming down. I'm devastated. During installation, the installer warned me about the poor adhesion, and he was right. I paid a lot for this, including installation costs. I documented everything and sent it to the company. Adding to my frustration, twelve hours later, all panels are off the walls. This isn't my first experience with peel and stick. My friends have used other brands successfully. I expected better quality since it came from overseas. I'm hoping the company will resolve this issue.
