I had high hopes for this, but I found it to be dry and gritty, making application difficult. The packaging is also quite confusing; it's not easy to determine which end opens, and before I knew it, the deodorant insert ended up on the floor. If the formula were smoother and the packaging clearer and more secure, it could be great, but as it is, I can’t really recommend it.
My initial order of deodorant arrived in a damaged, empty box. The postal service acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience, but they didn’t offer a replacement. I reached out to the company right away. They responded quickly and sent a replacement at no cost! I have now received my order intact. I'm thrilled with the scents and performance, but the standout for me is the customer service. I'm now a lifelong customer!
