My boyfriend and I ordered the wrong kind of refills. We didn’t realize that the ones we ordered had fragrance rather than all natural ingredients until we received our package. We emailed customer support, and they sent us new all natural refills right away (Free of charge). Easily the best customer support experience I’ve had.
