Home now after a wonderful long weekend stay at The Cowshed at Geufron Farm. Our accommodation was perfect, had everything we needed, spotlessly clean. Added bonus of secure garden for our little Lola 🐶 to roam and sniff and watch the world go by safely and an EV charger on site too. Many lovely walks closeby, including an amazing beach ! Highly recommend, we will visit again soon I’m sure!
We stayed in “The Little Cottage “ which was petite but had everything needed for us as a couple with our dog Barley. We had a few dog treats left out and some nice little necessities milk & tea to help on our arrival. The cottage sits in an amazing position (next to The Old Farmhouse) with both sea views over Tywyn and stupendous views of the valley (weather permitting 😂). The cottage was clean and cosy with tv and WiFi . A huge bonus is the website that has been created and able to be downloaded to your smartphone for easy access to an impressive amount of information for staying at the cottage and surrounding area. Another huge benefit is the specific enclosed dog field which Barley absolutely loved. We can safely say we will be returning to enjoy the area and facilities again.
Great location, lovely people and really clean homely accommodation. We’ve done two years there and would definitely go back. There’s something incredible about having nothing around you on the hillside but your thoughts and this place makes that feel perfect. Stay, Relax, Explore
Hi all,just spent a week a geufron farm (the old farmhouse)well what can I say,this cottage is immaculate inside and out,we was a family of 6 and 2 small dogs I was a bit worried at first with it being pet friendly because I’ve stayed in some places before,but let me tell you,you would never know a dog had stayed in that cottage before,it is so clean and welcoming,everything inside is immaculate,4 big bedrooms all amazing,old wooden flooring ,slate flooring,carpet in the bedrooms ,not a blemish in sight,log burner is all ready to go and is to die for on the evening,massive smart tv,internet,2 fridges and a freezer (even fresh milk inside)honestly it can’t be faulted,outside fire pit is amazing,even dog poo bags on the fence !! Can’t fault the place,owners are amazing and so welcoming,loads of walks to do,everything it says on the website is as accurate as it could be and more!! Would definitely be going back,oh and the swimming pool is to die for in the summer 😉 100000% book it you won’t be disappointed
Had to leave early lost two nights holiday due to breaking toe from slipping in shower all we had back off Hannah was get well soon no other reaction . The shower had no slip mat or wooden base surface very slippery when wet very dissapointed
Not a single detail forgotten about! They have thought of everything you could need. We stayed in Y Caban with our Lab. Lovely and peaceful tucked at the top of the site which was perfect for us. Dog friendly decking area meant he could sit out safely. We got very lucky with the weather but local area and beaches are all beautiful. Guide book provided by the owners is full of excellent details. Local pub has a lovely outdoor area and superb food. We will be back again for sure!
The owners ensure guests know what is provided and what they need to do to prepare for a stay. Hannah looked after me from second art to finish. Good stuff:Excellent communication and guide book.
