What a wonderful place

What a wonderful place! We stayed in the Little Cottage, which is just perfect for two (and a dog). The view from the sitting room is sublime. Great dog walks on the doorstep and lots of fabulous places to visit. Do not miss Castell y Bere - that was the highlight of our trip. Hannah and Dean have done an incredible job of creating a great place to stay. They are on hand but not remotely intrusive. We’ve absolutely loved it here.

Beautiful little cottage that is both comfortable and extremely well equipped. So lovely that the dogs had also been thought of, they really enjoyed their treats. We will definitely be back!!

Great base for a quiet holiday.

Shame about the terrible weather, but we enjoyed our week at Geufron Farm. All good for a relaxing break. We were in the Cowshed which was comfortable and well appointed. Everything had been thought of and all nice and clean. No doggy smell! The bed was very comfortable, much to my relief. The views alone make it worth visiting. For younger and more mobile folk the walks are endless. We had private parking and a secure run for our little Yorkie. She also enjoyed racing around the dog field. Charging is available for electric cars.Tywyn is only a few minutes away in the car and has a really nice promenade and beach. There is a very good CoOp for food supplies and several excellent take-aways and restaurants. We highly recommend the local pub in Brycrug.I had taken OS maps intending to travel round the area but we found ourselves soaking up the atmosphere, reading etc and generally lounging around. We do intend to stay again.

Geufron Farm is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in Y Caban which is really lovely, well equipped with everything you will need, thoughtfully furnished and spotlessly clean and not forgetting an amazing view. Our puppy thoroughly enjoyed her stay too, especially the dog welcome pack with biscuits included! Great communication from the owners. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Everything & More

I had a fantastic stay in Y Caban, with sea views, it was fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday, and more!! Dog friendly, having a fence around made for a very relaxing stay, also a dog walking area with views to die for. This is one of the best places I've stayed in for a long time, and im definitely looking forward to going back.

Great Geufron Farm Stay.

We just wanted to share my wonderful experience at Geufron Farm in Wales. It’s the perfect place to base yourself for a stay, with a variety of accommodation options to suit different needs. We chose the Y Caban, and it was just right for us and our furry friend. The Y Caban is nestled in a secluded spot, and the view from the large front windows is simply breathtaking. You can watch the weather roll in and the twinkling lights of the town in the evening. It’s so relaxing to sit out on the enclosed decked area and know that our dog is safe and sound. The dog field is spacious and perfect for him to run around and burn off some energy. It’s also well-fenced from the nearby sheep, alpacas, and track leading to the cottages. One of the nicest touches is the doggy welcome pack and a towel for him to use during our stay. They even left a tray of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar for us to make a brew before we unpacked. If you have the time, we highly recommend indulging in an Alpaca experience too.Hannah and Dean are absolute masters at making your stay comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, there’s a hot shower, and the double bed is spacious. They even stocked the cottage with little extras like shower gel, hand wash, tea towels, and towels. It’s so thoughtful that if you forget something, it’s likely to be included in the cottage. On a personal note, we want to thank Hannah and Dean for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Some vehicle problems and put our car out of action. They offered to pick us up and take us to the site, knowing we had a young dog with us. They then ran us into town to get our initial provisions, recommended local garages that might help us, frequently checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and offered to be of assistance if we needed anything. A thank you isn’t enough for their support and kindness. The online e-guide is super informative. It’s packed with information about your stay, local walks, places to eat, bus timetables, visitor attractions, and so much more.We highly recommend Geufron Holiday Cottages and will definitely be booking again next year. It was an amazing experience! If we could give a 100 star review we would do!.

A lovely break away

We had a lovely break away at Geufron Farm. We stayed in Y Caban which was a 4 bed static. It wouldn't fit 4 adults but as it was 2 of us and 3 dogs, all was fine. The local pub was great, with lovely food and the beach was perfect for the dogs, miles of sea and sand. They LOVED it! We had an issue with out WiFi, not the fault of Geufron, but it was reported and fixed immediately. Hannah and Dean were very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us, and it was!

A lovely week at Geufron Farm

A lovely week at Geufron FarmVery well located to access local shops and restaurants in Tywyn and both coastal and countryside walks. The very cosy Cowshed had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the walk on Cemetery Beach to Aberfydi, the walk up behind the farm, Dolgoch Falls, climbing Cadair Idris, and the steam train ride.

Exceptional stay for us and our dog

We had such a special time during our stay at Geufron Farm in the Granary. The property was exceptional, so well appointed, clean and tidy. What makes it more special is the welcome given to our spaniel Frank … it was the first time we had been away with any of our dogs and you made the process so much easier for us.Thank you so much, we will be back!
