Our stay a Geufron Farm was superb, Hannah and Dean made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the Granary, everything was very clean and tidy with modern furnishings and some treats for Lola, our lovely and not at all spoiled dog.Its a short drive to Towyn and an even shorter walk to the local pub for food etc.Wonderful place, lovely people, why go abroad when its all here on our doorstep.
For a perfect holiday hideaway with access to all that Snowdonia has to offer as well as being dog friendly look no further. The farmhouse is comfortable, modern and cozy whilst still maintaining the character and charm of the farm and location. We stayed in the farmhouse for a week and it has been one of the most relaxing and peaceful holidays we have ever had. We walked hills, explored waterfalls, went on a steam train, walked on the beach, watched the sunset, saw wildlife wandered along the estuary, shopped at a craft centre, tasted gin at a distillery and saw low flying aircraft on the Mach loop from the door step. All this and we never had to be in the car for more than 30 minutes and a lot we did straight from the door. However, the hours spent in front of the log fire curled up on the comfy sofas were some of the best!
Just returned from a lovely week in The Barn. A great cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We particularly loved watching the sunset from the decking looking down into the valley and along to the coast. Very peaceful location and a perfect base for walking along the numerous sandy beaches in the area while surrounded by stunning mountains. Ralf 🐾 particularly loved the dog treats on arrival and the dog field. Would certainly recommend The Barn and Geufron Farm. Many thanks Jen, Jo & Ralf🐾
Just returned from a week staying in the Cowshed! We had a fantastic break in stunning surroundings, the view is about as good as it gets (5 star plus 😀)! The Cowshed is lovely inside and a perfect base to get away from it all - thank you to Dean & Hannah for what is a wonderful property with so much to do both ‘on the doorstep’ and slightly further afield in both Snowdonia National Park and the amazing coastline. Too many places to list individually. In short, highly recommended especially if you like the great outdoors - our dog also had the very very best of weeks too 🐶 Roger, Tanya & Jess the Cockerpoo 🐾 xx
This was out second stay at Geufron. We had previously stayed in the Barn but chose the Cowshed for this holiday. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and has plenty of crockery etc. A dog run in one of the fields has been included and this was a very welcome addition to allow our dog to run safely without bothering other guests.Thank you for the lovely Welsh cakes!
After such a weird year and our planned holiday not going ahead my husband and I decided to staycation in a part of Wales I've never been to before. We had a lovely 1 week stay in The Granary in Sept. It's a lovely cosy cottage which has been tastefully redecorated to a high standard and whatever the weather it has amazing views and a nice place to snuggle. For walking, exploring and even running! it has everything there. The local pub was brilliant for a steak dinner and glad we could support a village pub in this tough year. We will stay again and all the best to Hannah & Dean. To have seen how passionate they are about this new venture we are glad we decided to stay and support them in this tough time
Stayed in The Barn for a week with my children it was absolutely gorgeous. The newly renovated property was fabulous and the views outside were amazing. We had such a great week there is so much to do around the area and we were lucky to have lovely weather too. Both Hannah and Dean are lovely people and what they have created here is a little piece beauty and tranquility, thank you to you both. We will definitely be back soon.
if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable relaxing break with amazing views, this is the place to be, we stayed in the smallest of the properties "The Granary" a quirky upside down cottage for 2, warm and inviting, well furnished with everything you need. Hannah & Dean make you so welcome along with your 4 legged friends. it may be a quiet, peaceful and beautiful spot but you are not short of things to do, despite the dreaded Covid 19. We sampled just a few of the lovely walks right from the door step had intended to do Cadair Idris but it was too hot ( next time ). If you like the beach Tywyn is only 3 miles away,( amazing ice cream), Aberdovey only a little further. The local pub was recommended and didn't disappoint, made to feel very welcome and the food was lovely. we would highly recommend Geufron Farm holiday cottages and will definitely be back.
Fabulous stay in The Barn. Plenty of room, beautiful new decor throughout and everything you need in a holiday cottage. The bonus of the decking with a view all the way to Tywyn is exceptional. Lovely place to stay in the summer, but can imagine a cozy winter stay there too! Would recommend !!
