Fabulous break at Geufron Farm. We stayed in The Barn for four nights. The property is beautifully done - homely, cosy, clean and well-equipped. The dog also very much enjoyed her holiday... well fenced garden and a dog-field on site too. Lots of different walks nearby with plenty to see and do (even on a drizzly March day!). Hannah & Dean were fantastic hosts - communication and information was all first class. We will be back! Thanks so much for a wonderful few days.
We have just come back from a family get together 20+ of us .I stayed in the granary the place is amazing warm, spotless and very cosy.The views and scenery are out of this world simply stunning, didn't want to come home.We will definitely be returning thank you Dean and Hannah your place is amazing ❤
Fantastic weekend at the Cowshed, kids loved it & so did our dog. The garden being fenced in was a nice bonus as it meant we didn’t need to be wary of the dog roaming free. The scenery was breathtaking and being close enough to landmark places made it easy to adventure out as/when we needed. The only thing I I would say that could have made our experience even better would have been a slightly earlier check in time, purely because it was only a 2 night break. We will definitely be returning for another break as it really was a great weekend!
We had a wonderful stay here, the cowshed was clean and provided everything we needed. The views were stunning and right on our doorstep.So many dog friendly places to visit, which was so lovely to be able to include our pooch in our activities.There is plenty to do within minutes of the farm, we especially enjoyed Dolgoch falls.Hannah & Dean have gone that extra mile, from the local fudge gifted to us on arrival to a handy guide detailing things to do which was so helpful.We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.
Excellent accommodation kept to a high standard and location perfect. From making my booking to the end of my stay kept fully updated and given lots of information on walks, activities in the area. By far the best accommodation we have stayed in and we loved The Barn and it’s secure fenced off garden will definitely be returning again this year. Thanks for making our break just perfect 😊
A lovely cottage for a few days away. Ideal for a couple with one small dog. Loved the bedroom being downstairs. Walk to pub was good and being able to walk up behind cottage was lovely with the dog. Dog field was great first thing in morning. Cottage well appointed for our needs. Thanks for a great stay
A perfect place in perfect surroundings. So much to do and see within a few miles, four nights was never going to be enough. My stay in the Cow Shed with my trusty hound exceeded all expectations I had set for my first solo trip. Geufron Farm offers everything you need and more. Seamlessly smooth booking, check in and check out. Prompt responses to any questions I had both before and during the trip. A fabulous digital guide thoughtfully put together by the hosts Hannah and Dean which can even be downloaded to your phone as an app! Despite the detail in the guide I still managed to get lost trying to find the pub so next time I go I'll invest in an OS map! Seriously there are so many hidden gems around here I'd definitely recommend buying the OS map for the area.
This was our first time at Geufron, celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary with our 2 furry kids (dogs of course). We stayed in The Cowshed and the garden area is absolutely secure we can confirm, otherwise our beloved pooches would have been running absolute havoc after the sheep in the fields below. A delight for them as it was a bit like Dog TV for them! Kept them entertained for hours, especially when the farmer's dog herded the sheep for market. Our dogs now know what they want to be when they grow up!As for the cottage, it had everything we needed, plenty of space for the 2 of us and the 2 dogs, beautiful views to wake up to with views for miles and miles. Plenty of walks from the cottage, nice Riverside walks and the beaches at both Tywyn and Aberdify were fab...sea swimming is a must here!A lovely walk from Tywyn to Aberdify along the beach and back, stopping for fish n chips is also worthwhile!Also make a trip out to Bala Lake for a spot of canoeing/kayaking/swimming/SUP or whatever you fancy. Something for everyone.Obviously we had to do the obligatory Snowden hike whilst there...so although at the Southern part of Snowdonia, not a million miles from everything.Hannah and Dean have been perfect with their communication.We will definitely be back!!!
