The customer service is terrible, and the response time is slow. It took nearly two months to receive my product, and I was charged twice (around $64.94 total). I only received one shipment, and I am still waiting for a refund for the second shipment that never arrived!
I feel this is a scam. I ordered a hair serum, and it seems like the auto-renew option was automatically selected, leading to another charge the next month. I reached out before my product shipped, but they ignored me until it was on its way, then claimed I couldn't get a refund because I had supposedly agreed to subscribe. I did not. Avoid at all costs.
They are scammers! I ordered three packets on a promotion, expecting it to last about three months, but then received another order a few weeks later. When I contacted them, they claimed I had selected the auto-renew option, which is not true. I've been trying to get a refund for the extra order and requested cancellation, but they sent me another order instead! Stay away!
