I ordered a gift set and 2 separate bottles, unfortunately the box was open and 2 bottles were missing, contacted customer service and replacements sent out next day. Can't fault them. And the shampoo and conditioner is great would highly recommend.
This company are a scam. I have reported them to the financial ombudsman and the department of financial conduct. Alot are the reviews are false stating customer service is excellent. It is an automated system.I requested a refund for an item not received and the tracking provided proved this.The email stated asks.you to fill out a form. Which generates another email from triggered words. Then the next one states we will review your refund, although the email states I'm sorry you haven't received your item it has been 2 weeks. It's actual words are we will all ask a human in the escalation team to review your refund. This can take 7 business days and your will refund will take around 3 weeks It won't take that long as I will get my refund in the next 3-5 working days. Or I will ensure this company I removed from trading.I've done it before and I'll do it again
Had a great experience with the Customer service as my parcel got delivered elswhere and they was 100% helpfull throughout.I have not tried their products as yet but the packaging looks far too nice to disturb bu i will and will write another review once tried them but cannot express how helpfull their Customer service is.Thank you
I really love these products. I've used a lot of products over the years and the day cream is the best I've found at an affordable price. There are a variety of products to choose from. They are always expanding their collections. I have never had a need to contact customer service as my order is always sent out on time with the correct products.
I've ordered loads over past few years,& service just gets better & better,took just over 24hrs to arrive- 10/10, I adore the passionfruit & mango shampoo& condition,my hair just loves it. Never use anything else..10/10 for product ,😁
I absolutely love ordering from give me cosmetics! I have ordered a number of shampoo and conditioner sets and love them! I bought my daughter the curl shampoo and conditioner set and she loves using it. Her hair feels amazing. I have bought the surprises boxes as gifts also and people have been made up with them. The heat defence spray is good also. Can’t wait to try more!
