Paid extra for next business day delivery, for a birthday present it never arrived, The gift was to taken away back to another country so is no longer needed, contacted the company not helpful basically told nothing they can do just follow the tracking, so I’m now charged for a service that I didn’t receive, have a gift that I can’t use, Really unhappy with the level of customer service
Would definitely reccomend Give Me Cosmetics for wigs and hair extensions! I ordered their shampoo and conditioner for my u part wig piece and it's completely refreshed it. The ends were going dry and the wig overall looked lifeless and it's completely restored it back to how it looked when I brought it.The only thing I would say is I paid for next day delivery and it came a day late,but these things happen.
Fantastic service. Used them for a year now and ordered many bundles. Great products.Usually use TikTok but use the website also if prices are better as they change. I got an email for their build your own bundle and it says add 10 items get 60% off... went to do it and added the 10 and only gave 40% off which is naughty. I'd of given 5 stars if their promotions were as they should be.
Customer support is excellent 👌.I ordered bundle for myself, and shipping was fast but unfortunately Royal Mail damaged my parcel in trasnit , and i received open box, and i straight away checked if everything is there but there was missing 2 items, i straight away made a picture and contacted with customer service, they send me apology and replacement. Very excellent and professional service. I already using the Give Cosmetics product for half year and never had any issues with the customer service and the product.❤️
Amazing customer service. This was my 4th order from them and I’d never had a problem before but this order was delivered to the wrong house so I never received it. I contacted them by what’s app they answered me quickly and were so helpful I filled out a form to say I never received my order and then I had a replacement sent out to me.
Received my initial order very quickly but unfortunately there was an item missing due to the box being damaged on arrival to Royl Mail. I emailed customer service straight away to let them know of my issue along with pictures. I received a response very quickly from an agent called Gemma and she sorted out a replacement to be sent to me with no problems at all. I received the missing item just 2 days later. Great customer service which made me feel confident to order again in future. The hair items i ordered ( healthy hair elixir and hair repair cream) have definately made my hair abit softer and more managable, i look forward to carrying on using them and getting possibly even better results.
