Received a few items as gifts for christmas and loved them!! Repurchased the Nourishing shampoo & conditioner bundle as it’s the only shampoo that doesn’t make my hair greasy the day after washing. Only issue I had with my order was that one of the items I had purchased was missing, I emailed the company and they got back to me very quickly, were extremely helpful and got the issue resolved asap. Highly recommend ☺️💕
When a package arrived damaged with a product missing they had a replacement sent out for me within 24 hours even on a weekend! Absolutely fantastic customer service, I’ve used these for years. Their products are great value and the subscription service takes out all the hassle of scrolling for what I want every time I need more.
I've been using Give Me hair products for about 2 years now after having them initially bought as gifts for me. So far I've used both the pink and purple sets and most recently changed to the green sulphate free products due to having blonde hair extentions. I can honestly say I love all the products I've used so far. I treated myself to the satin pillow case and heatless curler not expecting too much really but the pillow case has made such a difference to the static in my hair and the curler is Amazing and does exactly what it's supposed to and is also really comfortable to sleep in too. I've not used any other products yet but I can 100% recommend the hair products and the brush that came in the green kit. The products are such value for money and they all smell fantastic. Definately a customer for life.
Amazing experience every time, I absolutely love all there products especially the shampoos and conditioner's, I have had 2 slight problems with my orders and customer service sorted it out literally straight away, you couldn't ask for better service, highly recommend.
UNLUCKY BAG 🎒 I've purchased from them previously and been happy with the hair products , this time i purchased a lucky bag on offer for £14, supposedly worth £42 saving me £28 , it was absolutely rubbish and definitely not worth the money, it included a wrist washband and a plastic hair clip that were worth no more than a pound or so each , a lip scrub and a face mask sheet, again inexpensive items and finally one decent product that could probably be used, a vitamin c serum. This item was bought as a gift and to be honest i would be to embarrassed to give it to anyone !!Total waste of money, maybe i was just unlucky, but it has put me off purchasing again.
