Thankfully, customer service was excellent—they responded quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. They replaced my items with no extra charge and the delivery was promptly arrived. Everything is shipped out relatively quick and arrives well packaged I’ve tried a few things from them over the years my favorite has to be the aloe Vera shampoo and conditioner set that comes with a leave in protectant and a leave in conditioner, everything smells amazing and the improvement in my hair since using it has been even better, I also got one silk pillow case and the quality of it was high and despite been silk it did not slide of my pillow much. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered so far
Really enjoy using Give Me Cosmetics products, across the board from skincare to haircare and everything in between. They’re always value for money and I found their customer service to be second to none recently, when there was a small mistake with an order.
