All the products I’ve bought thus far and the mystery boxes are included in this, absolutely amazing! Quality items that I can’t fault and lovely packaging, quick delivery makes the experience all the better. I’ve nothing bad to say, positive on all counts.
I ordered the four curls set and when it was delivered by Royal Mail, someone had helped themselves to the contents inside! I emailed give me cosmetics and they were amazing from start to finish. The products are amazing, smell beautiful and make my kids curly hair curl and defined.Would definitely recommend
Easy to navigate website, simple to add products to basket and checkout. Products are full-sized and all smell fabulous. My son actually uses them more than I do (hair care bundle) as im trying to finish all the older products in my bathroom first but he found them and is loving the way his hair feels!
The Mini Me Pamper Bag arrived on 17th April. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my niece. The product arrived open and the Candy Floss Lip Scrub appeared to be used because I took picture of it and it looked like someone’s finger has been in it. I had to throw away the lip scrub and the Lemonade Lip Balm because I could not trust that either. My niece got her birthday gift with two items missing which was very disappointing. Placed an order weeks ago and had an item missing.Got in touch with them.First issue was they couldn’t send an email to my address, despite sending at least two advertisements everyday.Then asked for pictures of products delivered, address etc. Sent this and heard nothing for 10 days, then asked for information again when I got back in touch.Just asked for this again this morning….the third time.How many times?It is so frustrating to the point you just give up.Never had this much trouble with any company.Pointless customer service!I have updated this now as they have finally looked into this issue.Thanks to Sam who finally sorted this today a month after my original email and apologised.This could have been done in the first place.
Awful customer services/ non-existent customer service .Wont ever use again . Never recommending again either. Placed an order and at check out it defaults to my old shipping address , So emailed immediately the ONLY way to get any customer services is email , there's no phone number and no social media manned . So I emailed . It was a mistake on my part and I accepted that, I asked if I can please change delivery address to match billing address or cancel so I can replace the order , they don't see the email as its not manned/monitored all the time , and just send the parcel to the address I asked them not to . Again I accept I made a mistake , but it should of been a very easy mistake to rectify IF you have good customer service. Not an email address unmanned most of the time . Luckily my bank agree that it's poor business to not have any customer service available when you email immediately after ordering and they have refunded the cost of the order , At least they showed great customer service!
