I am so happy with the curly hair kit. My hair has been so easy to manage the leave in conditioner is a game changer my curls are so defined. I'm so happy with these products. Honestly can’t complain! Service is quick, the products are excellent and the range is great. I’ve tried loads of different shampoo/conditioner combos and every one is exactly as described. I have naturally curly hair, so I prefer sulphate/silicone free and I’m glad there’s a good range at an affordable price. Most recently I’ve tried the papaya and manuka honey ones and the smell so great!
Excellent customer service extremely helpful when a package I ordered hadn’t arrived promptly dealt with the situation and sent me a replacement. Products are fantastic found my all time favourite shampoo & conditioner and it’s such great value thank you
I’ve been using your products for a couple of years now. Always really happy. My most recent order I decided to treat myself to a lip gloss. Unfortunately the pump didn’t work so I couldn’t use it. I contacted your customer services team to explain. The following day I got a reply apologising and offered a replacement. The very next day it arrived. Pleased to say the new one worked. I love the hair products from givemecosmetics, I now have a collection of shampoo & conditioners. I've bought them for my daughters & grand daughters. Since using these products I've noticed a change in my hair for the better. I'm now trying skin care ,which so far I am really happy with.My last order was delivered empty by royal mail but givemecosmetics replaced it straight away. 5* service 😊
Absolutely love the product from this company, been getting them a few years now and I’ve never had any reason previously to contact customer services but I had a few missing product this time ordering. I cannot praise their customer service enough! They were fantastic very quick in their response and received the missing items within a couple of days! I then received an email after delivery checking that everything was ok. Other companies need to take a leaf out of their book! 1000% would recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered the 2 pump lip oil and I love them both.However had a problem with one of them.Customer service via email was excellent,and solved my issue and sent me a replacement.Delivery service was also excellent.I would definitely ordered from them again.Thank you.Givemecosmetics
