Scammers ! Spent over 2k on closet doors . Delivery was a nightmare ! The shipping company they use so not notify you before delivery then if your not home they do not leave the item and try to extort 100 bucks for re delivery . The doors are not even close to the color you choose and returning is a nightmare. 3 door sets only come with two tracks so you need to spend another 200 for third track . Now I have to pay someone to sand and re stain. Horrible company !
I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase from this company with the less then stellar reviews. I did contact them and had a phone and then email conversation about the mirrored sliding door I wanted to order for our Master Bathroom remodel.Once I was assured that I was ordering the correct product and accessories, I placed the order. When the door arrived it was delivered in perfect shape but the accessories were missing and was delivered a few days later after I had called to inquire.The door was installed by a master cabinet maker from Europe. The instructions were all in metric which was easier for him to understand. Unfortunately the instructions were incorrect in multiple areas. Nothing that he could not correct for. I can see how this would cause a DIY a significant issue.The supplied screws were not used as he felt that they were too small of size and not long enough for the weight of the door which is very heavy. Off to Home Depot for the correct screws.The mirrored sliding door is impressive to say the least.
We originally called Omar to discuss ordering one of their doors we found on-line, and during the conversation Omar said they also do custom doors. So he asked me to send him one of our business cards. Within one hour we received the most beautiful rendering of glass barn doors with our company logo on it that we had ever seen. It was beyond our imagination. We didn't even need to change anything about the design and we ordered it on the spot. The entire process was so smooth and we received the best service. Their attention to detail is excellent. We would highly recommend using Glass-door.us for any custom design or for any of their own designs. The quality cannot be better anywhere else.
BEWARE This is by far the WORST buying experience I have ever had. I have built and renovated multiple homes, have worked with dozens of companies. Ordered a glass door. It took super long to ship. Arrived in good shape. When my installer installed it (professional), they noticed the bore holes to slide the door did not match the website description. This was noticed after it was hung - sometimes things like this aren’t noticed until worked on. Totally common. I tried to contact the company for a solution. They refuse to work out anything, are harassing and aggressive in their communications, and refuse to take ownership for their product issue. TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY. There is no way this company will stay in business with operating principles and personnel like this.
Ordered a door the beginning of June, was told it could take 67 days, it’s now going on 100. They will not answer the phone. They emailed us the middle of August to day it was ready to be shipped, never received a tracking number. Two more time when we called we were told it was in the warehouse waiting for a carrier to pick it up. Then they just quit answering the phone when we called to check on the tracking info. Still waiting. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with this company. I noticed 25% of there reviews were similar to our experience. Don’t be their next casualty.
We ordered a door in July. It was shipped in October but the shipping company never delivered it because it was poorly packaged. We were told that a new door would be shipped to us within 20-25 days. After another delay and zero confirmation of when we’d get a new door, we decided to cancel the order. At this point they are not answering our calls or emails. Obviously they have no intention of give us a refund or a door.
This company basically accused my company if being negligent in installing their product. Nothing could be farther from the truth and they wanted nothing to do with knowing what actually happened. Nor do they apparently have any intention of standing behind their product.We have good reason and cause to believe their product was defective and not safe.Absolutely do not recommend using this company whatsoever
