Dan Lee came to service our boiler and was an absolute legend. He listened to our concerns, tested everything twice to make sure it was working well and consistently, and was patient in finding a solution. We hugely appreciate his time and efforts. Huge thanks to Gledhill response, in particular to Kimberley, Kieron and Scott.On 12/01/2026 I rang Gledhill to report a major issue we had with the boiler cupboard floor that sank because of the leaks we had in the past. Kimberley demonstrated excellent customer service skills and organised engineers visits for both reinstalling our boiler and putting it back again at a later date. She was very supportive, understanding and fitted us in very promptly.On 14/01/2026 the engineer Kieron arrived and with care managed to disconnect and move our boiler out from the cupboard to enable the joiner to replace the floor under the boiler the following day. Kieron was very supportive, very professional and showed excellent customer service skills.On 20/01/2026 the engineer Scott went above and beyond and reinstalled our boiler back into the repaired cupboard checking all pipes, all controls, explaining it all to me. I have never met anyone as knowledgeable and as professional in this field in my life.I’m so glad that we have a Gledhill breakdown cover and I highly recommend Gledhill Response to anyone.
Speaking to members of the Gledhill response team was very straight forward and the people I dealt with on the phone were very helpful.When our engineer, Vince, came to fix our problem he arrived on time, was extremely polite, respected our home and explained what he was doing in simple terms that I understood!
