Luke H was brilliant!

Had been without hot water for nearly 3 weeks until Luke turned up, took a lot longer than first expected but he was thorough and done a brilliant job in getting us back up and running and finally had a hot shower the moment he left. Couldn’t be more grateful for his professionalism, hard work and determination to getting our system back working as it should be. Thank you!

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Our boiler broke down three times in the middle of winter, leaving us without heating and hot water. Because of their failures, we were forced to pay a £900 bill last year, which is completely unacceptable. When you try to get in touch with this company, the experience is awful. You wait an extremely long time just to speak to someone, and even when you do, nothing gets resolved. They do not do what they are supposed to do. Our landlord has been incredibly helpful, paying £400 per month for a maintenance contract specifically so that any issues can be fixed immediately. Despite this, both us tenants and landlord are left struggling, while this company does nothing to help. Their process is endlessly long: you call, they send an engineer a week later if you’re lucky, who only comes to “check.” Then they order a part, and only after that do they send another engineer. A month goes by with no heating and no hot water. This has happened repeatedly. At this point, it genuinely feels easier to get through winter without heaters than deal with this company again. The service is inefficient, frustrating, and completely unreliable.Do not use this company. We strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.

Excellent Service

My parents have had to have Gledhill help twice in the last 10 days, one to fix boiler leak & two to sort thermostat control panel issue. The engineer was excellent, friendly & provided a great service, thank you.
