Annual Health Check by Gledhill Response

Gledhill offices had notified me when the annual boiler health check would be carried out.The engineer, MS(initials) arrived well within the time indicated. At the end of the check the engineer carefully explained the results of the check, all was well. I was pleased with his approach and how he explained th findings.

Excellent value Boiler cover

Gledhill response are very responsive, carrying out repairs diligently and using high quality parts. In particular, the boiler cover is great value with extensive coverage that leads the market in my opinion.

Fault quickly repaired

we needed a repair to our hot water system - I was given a very quick appointment and then they revised it to the same day (good news) and shortly after the job was done and he noticed a possible failt that he repaired very qickly = job done very professional and very much to my satisfaction. Thumbs Up all round - thank you - and on a Saturday to boot!!!

Woke Xmas morning to find no hot water…

Woke Xmas morning to find no hot water and no standby/boost facility working . Left answerphone message and received call back 1st thing on 27th December and an engineer attending a few hours later the same day. Very polite and knowledgeable engineer who quickly fixed the issue and explained what he had rectified. Great service from the HQ and service team

Brilliant Service

Gledhill were brilliant from the start. They were very professional and explained all the options clearly to me. Aaron was the engineer who came to fix the issue, he quickly identified the problem. But not only did he fix it, he also identified other defects that could have caused problems in the near future if left unattended and spared the time to make the necessary repairs. Aaron was friendly, patient and clearly very good at his job. Thank you again.
