If you think the professionals are expensive you should see what the amateurs can cost you

I should have called them first, 4 plumber visits and a lot of ‘oh, no, one of those’, fiddling about and over a week with no hot water or heating ending with the plumber saying it was past its best and I need a new £4k boiler. Always use a specialist! I took the £378 all in service and it’s been brilliant from start to finish, engineer Tom was here next working day and aside being a top chap he knew exactly what was wrong, had all the parts in his van and had everything working perfectly in no time along with a 12 month warranty.If you have a Gledhill I would advise not allowing anyone else near it aside Gledhill.

I would highly recommend Gledhill Response. Aaron is a credit to this company. Phoned prior to arrival and was punctual for our service appointment. Very professional engineer and went above and beyond his job by also installing a new mains boost pump for us. Thank you Aaron and Gledhill.

Had no hot water - Luke sorted things v quickly

Good service overall

The engineer was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They quickly identified the issue and repaired my hot water efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the hot water is working perfectly now. Very happy with the service.
