I spent days building a creative project using Glide's 'Free' plan, only to find out at the very last second that you cannot actually publish or share your work without a high monthly subscription. They let you do all the work, then hold it hostage. This is not 'Free to Start,' it's a bait-and-switch for hobbyists. Avoid if you aren't ready to pay $200+ a year just to show people a simple gallery.
After investing considerable effort into developing a great app, I attempted a minor adjustment with AI assistance, and it completely ruined hours of work without any option to revert the changes. I deleted my account during the trial. Save your time and look for a better option; there are many available.
I used the paid version, but the AI assistance is outdated and provides incorrect information. It was not helpful, and I don’t understand why the paid version is so inadequate. I spent three days figuring things out manually, which was more stressful than beneficial.
I am highly dissatisfied with my experience with the service. I paid for a plan on a specific date, and while the payment was processed, my account still reflects the free plan. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through their support system, I received ineffective troubleshooting steps that did not address the issue. I was informed I was “on a free plan” despite having already paid. The system fails to acknowledge my subscription, and the support does not escalate the matter to a human promptly. I was told that someone would “get back to me on Monday,” which is unacceptable for a paid service. I anticipated a seamless upgrade to a paid plan but ended up charged with no access to the features I paid for. This situation reflects a significant failure in billing and customer service. I demand an immediate refund and will not recommend the service to others unless this is addressed quickly.
I subscribed only to discover that building this app is nearly impossible. It’s full of glitches and bugs, making it frustrating to use. The app frequently logs me out and fails to update any information. Customer service is nonexistent.
