When there's a reward didn't track I contact the support after 72 hours and they credited it , and after tha they just removed the game completely not letting me reach other reward damn bro , I rate 2 cause they give my 1 buck credit but they removed the game

They don't pay.

MYchips is a frustrating app because when it works its great. But their system so often does not work and you won't get paid. Basically what happens is they tell you oh your tracking doesn't work for these reasons they provide three reasons that have nothing to do with your situation and they don't pay out. It happens in the middle of games you have already gained rewards for and for some strange reason half way through it just stops rewarding you. It happens on nearly every game you attempt so don't buy anything to get purchase rewards because those don't pay out either. In one case I got every reward until I made a purchase and none after. It's really a horrible waste of time and their customer support is worthless and they won't honor their offers.

I purchased an item online in December 2025 which was shipped via GLS with tracking number 37688958402. GLS records show the parcel as delivered on 6 January 2026, however I was present at my address at the stated delivery time. No knock was made at the door, no delivery attempt was made, and no parcel was received. I checked with family members and neighbors — none of them received it on my behalf.

I contacted GLS Ireland on three occasions and received only automated acknowledgements in each instance, with no substantive investigation or follow-up:

I have now sent a further detailed email to GLS Ireland via the contact address provided by Trustpilot and I await a substantive response. I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly.

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 18, the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer only upon physical receipt. Until I physically receive the goods. A courier's 'delivered' scan does not constitute delivery.

I got paid for lesser rewards, then sent ticked after one reward did not received, they closed whole game reward tree (Superheroes idle RPG). Immediately after sending ticket I finished other reward and it worked. Moreover, I was ready to claim more rewards. I am sure this "problem with tracking" error is artificial - they deliberately cut tracking when it goes to higher rewards, so they do not have pay higher rewards. Similarly with “Survivor idle Run” game.

I have completed my observation of Earth logistics protocols and must report: your intelligence was incorrect. These humans have not mastered faster-than-light travel. They have not cured mortality. They have, however, constructed something far more perplexing—a delivery system where packages achieve quantum superposition without technological assistance.
My assigned subject entered the GLS network six weeks ago. Tracking data indicates "delivered" to coordinates I personally verified. Yet visual surveillance shows only empty doorway, silent doorbell, undisturbed atmosphere. The package exists in state of simultaneous delivery and non-delivery. Schrödinger would weep with recognition.
I attempted contact with GLS command using their "customer service frequency." Twenty-five entities ahead in queue. Transmission terminated without resolution. Repeated attempts produced identical result. I suspect infinite loop in their communication matrix, or deliberate avoidance behavior common in primitive bureaucracies.
Physical approach to depot during listed operational hours revealed locked structure, empty bays, other humans milling in confusion. Their "open" status appears to exist in parallel dimension inaccessible to three-dimensional observers.
Most disturbing finding: drivers require zero proof of completion. No signature, no photographic evidence, no witness verification. Simply button press and instantaneous fiction entry. Humans tolerate this. They pay for this. They return to this system repeatedly despite documented failures.
Recommendation: Quarantine sector 7G from interstellar trade until species develops basic accountability protocols. Their packages may eventually evolve sentience and deliver themselves. Until then, avoid.
