First package took 2 weeks for them to admit they lost the parcel, second time and still waiting 4 days after it should have been delivered and when you call you just get greeted with bad manners and refusal to help
This is by far the worst shipping service I have encountered in Spain. We lost three shipments in a single week, and now we avoid any sellers that use this service. Their delivery system is inadequate; they drop off packages at various locations without proper authorization, despite the fees we paid. It's a complete disaster. It's hard to believe that so many suppliers still choose to work with them, given the numerous negative reviews. We receive shipments from other companies without any issues, but this service should be avoided at all costs if you want to keep your customers.
I’ve been waiting over two weeks for two parcels, and there has been no progress. There’s been no communication, no updates, and no one reaching out. The customer service is nearly impossible to contact, and the tracking system just states they 'attempted delivery' when I was actually home — which is not accurate. Since that point, I’ve received no further information. I even made an account just to express my dissatisfaction; if there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
First, there has to be an option to assign zero stars. I ordered an item from Walmart and they use GLS. Tracking has been showing the package in my city and out for delivery for over 48 hours and counting. I spoke with Walmart and the agent told me he too couldn't find out what was going on and was going to escalate the matter within Walmart. GLS has no business being in the delivery business. They come across as either totally incompetent or fraudulent in their communication with customers. They ahould be shut down by the authorities. If you have a choice, never use them.
GLS Shipping deserves nothing but 0 star reviews and to go out of business. GLS has been obscenely, incomprehensibly incompetent on this delivery. First, the expected delivery date was passed, so the delivery person attempted a day when I am not home. I would not have known though if I wasn't checking my tracking number since the driver didn't bother to leave a door tag. Then I tried to reschedule the next delivery, but was told they have to try and fail first because the package is already on the truck. Supposedly they tried to deliver again, but I can't be sure since they once again did not leave a door tag. So, I requested a delivery for November 7th with an 8am-12pm window. I stayed home ALL DAY, never left, causing great inconvenience to myself, because I was waiting on the driver that I was assured would come. When they missed the delivery window, I was told they would be out by 5pm. THEY NEVER CAME! So, I requested a new delivery date for this Thursday November 13th. This whole time, I've been being told that Operations needs to communicate with customer service, but has not done so. Now, GLS is supposedly making the 3rd and final delivery attempt TODAY, Monday November 10th. This is absolutely unacceptable. I told GLS they need to fix this. And I want my shipping fees refunded. They said that I need to get in touch with my vendor or my shipper for that. So, basically, no matter how bad they screw up, there is no recourse for the recipient, and the best one can hope for is that someday, finally, eventually, the package arrives. My advice: don't buy anything that uses GLS as the shipping company.
worst delivery firm everThey had to deliver in a parcelshop on monday, but the shop is always closed on monday, wht they should know. In the track and trace it showed nobody home, so they would try the next day. on tuesday they never came, and the trac showed still in delivery. About 17:00h, suddenly it shows tdelivered on monday at 22:15h??? There is nobody there in the shop?You cannot phone them, and if package is deleivered but not received, you have to contact the shop were you bought, and they have to contact GLS. I wonder how they are supposed to do that????
