Sfter I read the reviews here I panicked

Not sure how many thousand packages GLS deliver every day and how many are delivered perfectly with no reviews - but after I read the reviews here I panicked a bit.I had no issues at all bar it took an extra day, but with all this Brexit jazz going on that's not surprising. So 5 stars.

One day I'll get a nice laptop..

I wanted to exchange a laptop that I got but HP wants to charge me $99 to return it, wait 5-10 days (after they get it.. probs be more like 15 since it was late after I paid for express shipping that they won't refund) pay $200+ for the one I want because it's more expensive (that part is understandable) then send me the new one but ONLY if they have it in stock they won't even hold one for me until after they inspect the one I bought that's not even opened or even in my hands! I would just have to wait a month down $300 to maybe get the laptop OR get a refund and whoever I talked to in freaking Alladin town couldn't answer me how long that would end up taking. Trash. Garbage. BS. I should of gone to Amazon or hell Walmart even I'm not paying them another cent I'm just going to keep the one I have so I can use it to warn everyone else online not to buy from them directly. WORST MISTAKE IVE EVER MADE!!!!

Fabulous service and quality from Sliderobes

Just had our set of bespoke Sliderobes fitted by a highly skilled fitter David from the Ipswich branch. The service was seamless even during the pandemic. The cupboards are great quality very robust and smooth running. We now have masses of storage space as they go right up to the ceiling. I would highly recommend.

UK-IrelandI had two parcels send from screwfix on 18th and 19th of January. The first parcel arrived over a week ago, unfortunately, l am still waiting for the second one. Enquire two days ago, no respond... Phone line busy... If that would be my choice, l would pick up different service. Grazyna

I wouldn't even have given 1 star if I had the option. I sent a huge parcel with GLS weeks ago. I rang after a week as it hadn't been delivered(within the country) i was told they would look into it. "4days later I rang again to be told oh that enquiry is closed now, apply for refund here"... and that was it. 3 more phone calls and all with the same rehearsed line said. No apologies, no answers to my questions and absolutely no contact from them. If I hadn't followed it up id imagine I still wouldn't know. There are 2 little girls out there now that haven't received a box full of Christmas and birthday presents and I can't do anything about it now thanks to covid and brexit. Never will I use GLS again, absolutely shocking customer service!

VERY BAD SERVICE

My parcel was out for delivery 27/01/21, I have been waiting all day long nobody came to home but tracking says they try to deliver 1.14 pm but reception counter was closed, I rang knock customer service 5.00 pm and they told me it was a mistake and they mention packet will deliver 28/01/21. I am tracking again 28/01/21 9.00 am and tracking saying packet was delivered 27/01/21 4.00 pm, But I did not receive any delivery. I checked my door again in case driver left my packet at the door but I did not see any packet.GLS driver just useless, they have no responsibility at all. My suggestion is try different courier. We pay for good service, not paying for extra headache. Sorry, I need to mention I have received my packet 28/01/21 afternoon and it was just left into my door. Rubbish do not buy

Rubbish do not buy. Had issue with airconditioning pump on mini countryman 2013 within 5 months so took to a specialist mini mechanic who diagnosed issue, Was told by AA advisor the work had to be done for £25 an hour labour as that is all the warranty will pay, my mechanic was in hysterical laughter wondered what part of the remote uk I was going to find any garage working for £25 an hour, Paid myself. Then it broke down with DPF failure and I needed the AA they refused to come out as the warranty side of business was not related to them although they clearly state you get AA breakdown cover? 6am on way to work ended up useing greenflag who arrived in 10 minutes to confirm DPF valve failure. This car was suppose to have had an AA inspection and who i bought the cover through. My mechanic identified software was not showing any warning of dpf valve issue which minis are supposed to so someone had re programmed the computer. Then to add insult to injury diesal filters are not covered under this warranty and I was looking at a 4.5k bill to fix it. Not worth a light for expensive cover. I have no desire to discuss as this traded vehical was got rid of in px and what a waste of time and money.
