Need to be a bit more information past on to clients when dealing with cases still had to ring round to see if the garage was getting payment or not and slow to still not got a car and it bin a month

With minimum fuss the warranty company…

With minimum fuss the warranty company agreed to pay nearly £2000 of the £2500 bill to repair the gearbox. I wasn't sure it was worth it when I signed up to the warranty but I am so glad I did. Thank you.

Ridiculous service.

Ridiculous service.It’s nearly 4 weeks to get my vehicle claim approved already inspected and recommended by their approved Garage.Nobody care, bad customer service, mismanaged system.Strictly Avoid this company.

Very Easy Process

I contacted the AA Warranty service and received very friendly and helpful advice on how to proceed with the repair process and the claim.Following the repair I sent a copy of the garages invoice to them via my printer/scanner and email. A few days later the money was paid into my bank account.Brilliant!
