Inflexible Booking Policy

We booked a show and paid in full. Unfortunately, the bride-to-be was hospitalized, and we had to postpone. When we called to inform them a week before the show, they stated they couldn't refund us but could reschedule, which we wanted. However, when we contacted the organizer, he said rescheduling wasn’t possible. We ended up paying about 1.3k for a show that never happened without any options for a refund or reschedule.

Unsatisfactory Chocolate Making Experience

The experience was unacceptable. During a chocolate-making session, we were provided with toilet paper to clean our hands, and there was no fridge to set the chocolates, relying only on air conditioning. On a warm day, half of the chocolates didn't set. The chocolatier was 30 minutes late, and we were on a hen party. I complained to the manager, who was unhelpful. I strongly advise against booking this experience.

Good Value and Quick Responses

I reached out to several companies offering clay pigeon shooting near a central location, and this one was the only one to respond quickly. They also offer a great selection of activities at reasonable prices, just a couple of miles away.

What a wonderful time we had, it was a Chrismas present from my Grandparents and 5 of us went go-karting and lazer tag. We had superb fun and will definately go back again

Needed event booked a fairly short notice. Received prompt email reply and follow up phone calls to get all details arranged in good time.

Good service, questions answer quickly not too pushy

Booking my hen night was straight forward with gobananas, they could book serval activities all together and create an easy way for my guest to pay online so I don't need to chase up cash when I have a wedding to organise! After I call to inquire I wasn't bombarded with calls to confirm just one email to ask if I was still interested in the date I'd discussed, it was easy to confirm my booking and only require a low deposit! They have also organised a stripper to be on the bus which I'm looking forward to! Thanks gobananas

Allen is brilliant

I facebooked the page to find out a bit of information and Allen responded straight away. Gave me all the information I needed and when I called to pay the deposit he was very polite.
