Once an owner replied to our request, the process went very smoothly. However, multiple owners did not respond at all which makes the whole process very frustrating with no recourse to identify owners who can’t be bothered. There should be an option to be able to report lack of response and highlight this against owners to show the whole picture on how responsive owners really are. As it is the statistics are weighted and inaccurate. ie. An owner could respond nicely to 10 out of 90 requests ignoring the rest, and will therefore get very favourable reviews on a very poor performance.
