It was a pleasure working with Jayce and the Macfox team. We've been collaborating for almost 2 years now and they have been the best partners when creating content and keeping me updated in the newest that Macfox has to offer.
We’ve had a great experience with Macfox. The bike has a sleek design, feels sturdy, and rides very smoothly. It’s powerful but still comfortable for everyday use, and it’s been fun incorporating it into our family activities.
The ordering and delivery process went smoothly, and communication was clear throughout. Overall, we’re happy with the quality and performance so far.
If you’re looking for a stylish and reliable electric bike, this is definitely one to consider.
I do YouTube reviews and I’ve reviewed over a dozen e-bikes. I wouldn’t bother writing a positive review if the bike is even decent. The Macfox actually made my top 3 bikes and despite having no suspension, was actually one of the most comfortable to ride! On top of that, and just looking awesome, it was a lot of fun to ride as well and the Macfox support was excellent.
I got my son the X1 model for Christmas, and he has truly enjoyed it. He rides it nearly every day and has already accumulated close to 300 miles, which really highlights his enthusiasm. The bike has performed excellently so far and has proven durable with regular use. I’m very impressed with the overall quality and dependability of the product. If it weren't for the high price, I would definitely buy two more for my other sons without a second thought. I've already recommended the X1 to friends and family, and I would gladly purchase it again.
Update: Received the bike. So far, my son loves it. (14-year-old). It definitely has that cool factor that teenage boys want. I personally think it is not as good as other bikes on the market. When I compare it to a $1500 Meelod DK Max 300 the quality is not on par. Also, the innertube on the front tire keeps deflating. Could not find any puncture holes. Took out the tube and everything looks good. But within 24 hours the tire is flat again. I will place it in water later to see if I can find any air gaps later. Decided to replace the front tires with a CST Scout all terrain tires and it seems to be holding and driving much better now. Bike is a little on the slow side. Which in all honesty I like because now my son cannot just go crazy, but he cannot keep up with me on my bike. I still do not have the bike. Ordered on 10/1. It's 10/23. So, I will update this review once I get the bike.
I requested help for a delivery order that has not arrived and appears to be stuck with Fedex. I received a response from the team the next business day, but it just directed me to tracking information that I already have. So the response did not do anything to followup. I would like more support than that about delivery of an item I paid for, but still have not received.
