Caution with this service, read the reviews. I ordered flowers and an engraved vase as a wedding gift. They failed to deliver the vase and now claim they don’t sell it. They mentioned adding extra flowers, but they delivered the same quantity as shown online—just without the vase. It's frustrating that they can advertise something they don’t actually provide. Please avoid this platform. I suspect any positive reviews are not genuine. The after-sales support is only available via messaging and is hardly responsive. Again, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Complete scammers, please check the reviews. I ordered flowers and a personalized vase for a wedding gift. They failed to deliver the vase and are now claiming they don’t sell it. They stated they added extra flowers, but they delivered the same amount as shown on the website. Just no vase. It's beyond me how they can advertise this and not actually provide it. Please, do not order from this platform. Any positive reviews seem suspicious. The after-sales support is only through messaging and barely responds. Again, AVOID THIS PLATFORM.

No flowers received and no response

I ordered flowers worth over 2000 AED 10 days ago. Still no flowers have arrived. I requested a refund, but the customer service via messaging never replied. Be cautious! Update: I received part of my refund today after threatening to escalate the issue. Still waiting for the remaining amount.

Very disappointing experience!

The flowers I ordered did not match the picture on the website. Additionally, the golden vase I expected was replaced with an unattractive green one without my consent. After I complained, the customer service team didn’t even bother to reply. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

I ordered flowers for a birthday gift, but on the delivery day, I was informed that they didn’t have the flowers. I attempted to cancel the purchase but received no response and was never updated about the cancellation or delivery status. This is unacceptable customer service, and I suspect this is a scam. Be cautious!

Terrible service, took my money

Awful experience with this service

Awful experience with this service. I ordered flowers for a birthday, which were listed as in stock on their website, and opted for same-day delivery. They later informed me they didn’t have them. The bouquet arrived a day late with the wrong card. After checking with the recipient, I called to request the correct card, which they promised to send but never did, despite multiple follow-ups. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t order from them again. Overpriced and worse than any other florist I’ve used.
