Review Time
Returned an item, got an email to say my return has been received and will be processed within seven days. Fast forward three weeks, and still no refund. I’ve emailed them three times to chase it and had no reply. I’ve also messaged on Instagram, which has been ignored. I’ve shopped there for years and years and never had an issue, but from reading recent reviews, there’s obviously something going on. I’ve had to go via my bank to apply for a chargeback. It’s a bit of a faff - you have to provide lots of evidence and go through a big questionnaire, but I would advise everybody else to do the same if you’re in my situation because they’re clearly not going to bother giving anybody their refund off their own back. Absolutely crazy that they can just brazenly break the law like this and treat customers so badly.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINEPlaced order, nothing arrived, no response to chasing, absolutely zero customer care – this went on for 3 months. Had to request a refund via Monzo, which they also challenged(!?). Eventually got a refund thanks to Monzo. Absolutely shocking from what I thought was a good store – just do not order online from this company.
Placed an order on 18/01/26, paid postage of £6.95 and received my parcel on 21/01/26. However within the parcel, they sent me the incorrect pair of trainers. As suggested on their website, I sent an email on the day when I received my parcel to inform them that incorrect pair was sent to me and asked them how I should return the incorrect pair and when they will deliver the correct pair to me. So far still haven’t got any reply from them via email. There is no telephone number that I can call. So I used their website system to submit my query again. But again, still no news. If they still ignore me, all that I can do is to raise this issue to my credit card company to request a charge back from the banking system directly from their business account.
Paid extra for DHL express to have my order delivered on time (it said 2-3 days online), ordered on a Sunday thinking it would definitely arrive within the following week, as I needed it for a birthday present on the Friday. I heard nothing for almost a whole week and had to follow up with Goodhood, who then informed me they were backlogged on orders and the turnaround time would be longer. PUT THIS ON THE WEBSITE!! I would not have made this order if I had known this, as it has now only arrived today (8 days later, missing my birthday gift deadline) and it is a cosmetic order so I cannot return it. Total waste of time and money, won't be ordering online from here again.
This is my first ever trustpilot review - but I feel compelled to warn others! Appreciate this might be a bit long winded... TLDR; excessive postage costs, bad customer service, refund not received.I bought some gloves from Goodhood on 25/12/25, the cost of postage was £7. I received an email about the gloves being delayed & it was on 05/12 that they arrived... 11 days later!! As they were too big, I requested a refund, to be told that this would be an additional £5. I wrote to the customer service team about the cost of postage - given that the item arrived so late, and requested compensation. I've not had a response. I can now see customers had similar experiences, and wished I'd looked into it a bit more before I bought from them.Whilst I received an email that my return had been received on 09/01, I have not been refunded (17/01). I am incredibly frustrated. DO NOT USE.
Ordered 16th dec for PRE christmas. Still never arrived. Sent 6 emails and messages. 0 no replies. No delivery's. No contact. For a store like this delivering other people goods, I think it's crazy the lack of customer service. I just want to get a refund 💀. Wish I read all these reviews before. DONT BUY FROM HERE
