Review Time
Placed an online order & waited….& waited. Nothing. No item. No communication. The item was apparently out of stock in store, & the website hadn’t updated. I had to chase this up with the store & suspect if I hadn’t it wouldn’t have been noticed. Doubt I’ll be shopping with them again. Love how they invite you to leave a review if you are satisfied, but don’t if you’re not 😂
very bad experience shopping here but you learn in life and i won’t ever shop here again. they do not describe items good enough. it has cost me £19 to try a hoodie on from these ! you have to pay for signed for return insured !!
I made a silly mistake of leaving an old address on an order I made and frantically sent emails to request this be changed. Within 5-10 minutes I received an email from Ethan who quickly changed this address for me to the correct one. For an amazing store their service is also impeccable. Very grateful!
Usually I like shopping from Goodhood, but whatever’s happening with them recently it’s been a disappointing experience. I’d purchased an item online which was supposed to be the last one in stock (it became out of stock online as I’d checked afterwards) only to have an email sent two days later about delay in shipping due to “high-volume orders” as it was their sale season. I asked if it’d be quicker if I’d dropped by and collected it instead, but the shop never replied (a live chat agent did respond and relayed the msg to the shop who never replied). Then a few days later, another email saying that my item’s being packed. Followed by radio silence for days and by then it’d been over a week. I emailed again and this morning I received a reply about them having oversold the item - which seems to be a running theme seeing other reviews. They said they’d refund, but it’s too early in the process so I have to wait until I actually do. At the time of writing and the past week it’s been freezing in the UK and that’s why I wanted the item, if they’d informed me earlier I could’ve made alternative plans and now it’s too late. Plus it took me chasing the shop multiple times for them to realise that they don’t have the item and that I’d paid money for nothing. Not sure if I trust shopping with them especially online after this.

My receipt included in a GOODHOOD logo envelope 3. GOODHOOD Thank You Card is so cool, not a basic one and not boring at all. I love the designs. In overall : package well secured, item in brand new condition, extra shoe lace attached. Inside original box, well covered the item. This is my first Nike Dunk, very comfortable, size very accurate. Also the colour is accurate to the website picture. Which is very important. Because I searched for this specific peachy camel tone. At last but not least, I love your website too and I love the fact that you are a small company and independent. Big up London and East London!
I’ve been a loyal Goodhood customer for a while and have always been happy both with their products and their customer service when needed. But I recently had a problem with an item that I had ordered as a gift so having been unable to contact the team by phone, I reached out via email for help. I have to say that I was very unhappy with the initial responses I received from one of the team members, slow replies, too much time-consuming and stressful to-ing and fro-ing, U-turns on proposed resolutions, even trying to charge me £6.95 postage to replace a faulty item. Not the experience I’d expected ..… until Ethan became involved. Ethan’s prompt, responsive and professional approach quickly turned what had become a very negative perception of Goodhood back into a positive one – and elevated what would otherwise have been a 1-star review into a 5-star review, not for the garments I received (which were both flawed) but for the outstanding customer service from Ethan. Message to the Goodhood team – be a little more Ethan!
Ordered some shoes from here a few weeks ago, I received several emails apologising for the delay and one saying my order was being prepared and I should expect to hear about delivery in the next 24 hours. 2 weeks after my order, I emailed to chase my item as it had not arrived. I was then informed that they never had enough stock of my item to begin with and I was being refunded. They were also rude and unprofessional. I missed the item on sale in other stores and now have no shoes and am still waiting for my money to be refunded. Terrible service I will not be ordering from these fools again!
Almost two weeks to ship items after an online order, which suggests to me they dropship their stock, and even then it was just half of it. I was refunded (which I haven't received yet) for half as they had 'over-sold' the item, and it was 'out of stock'.However, a look at their website still shows the 'out of stock' item as still in stock, so it looks like someone else will go through the same miserable experience I have.Customer service is slow, and when someone does reply it's bluntOverall it feels very amateur, and I'm unlikely to use Goodhood online again in the future, which is a shame as I'm a semi-regular customer in their physical store.
Emailed to ask when I’d receive the order (placed on Christmas Day) was only told that it’s still awaiting shipping ? But I’ve been given 2 different dpd tracking numbers ? For one parcel! No one is particularly helpful, no idea when my order will arrive (despite paying £5+ for shipping!!)
