Didn’t got after 1 month and no response It’s the 4th time I contact them for a refund and still no response from their sideI returned the shoes on December 16, and as of today, JANUARY 7th after 22 days almost a month , I have still not received my refund. When I wanted to return them, I waited a week for an assistant to répond and tell me how to proceed then, when the shoes got returned on December 16 I have written a mail and still no response from today. I want my refund now !

Thank you to Ethan who sorted out my issue when I had accidentally ordered a wrong size (my fault) and immediately got the correct size shipped to me, great service !! Will definitely be shopping with Goodhood again.

In store good/ Online bad

In-store is great and well-curated but online not so much. I purchased online a couple of weeks ago and it was a mess. The comms were poor and misleading advising shipping was delayed but still on its way. It was only after following up on what was going on as it had been over a week that I was advised they oversold and no longer had the product. I won't buy online from Goodhood again as it was just a crappy experience.

Very, very good service

Bought a pair of AF1 Nocta at retail (thank goodness) and they were delivered within a day! The store's packaging was really impressive and had a little Thank You card in a neat envelope that delivered that very personal and premium service.
