Orders didnt arrive, promises of redelivery broken, lies told about what was happening and then no replies at all. Xmas gifts ruined for several family members. The Customer service person Hatice was rude and unhelpful, zero common sense. Still waiting for a reply from a week ago, still waiting for items ordered a month ago. I've shopped at goodhood for several years but this was an absolute shambles, will not be back here.
