My sister and I completed today on our late fathers house. Dalia and her team have been absolutely amazing. Great comms, always call you back, helpful, professional and friendly.Goodmove ARE the real deal. Yes you take a hit on the price but if you want a quick sale, no dramas no expensive solicitor fees then do not hesitate in using Goodmove. I am so glad we used them and you will too. Just do it.
We were sceptical and no-one thought that there would be a scam somewhere along the line like we did! I found out at Good Move by chance and I think it was fate as they were everything we needed. A house that belonged to my late father was on the market too long and I couldn't get any takers. I spoke to Good Move, we discussed a price and I was still sceptical! They said they would find a buyer within 3 weeks. And they did! We did have to come down a tad with what we were expecting but when you weigh up the lack of chain, no legal fees, the cash buyers, it was absolutely worth it. Dalia Green was our go-to and help along the way and she was brilliant. She would touch base with us whenever there was something for us to know and we asked questions whenever we liked. She was responsive and honest. It was stress-free until we got the collie wobblies at the 11th hour whilst worrying for one final time that we were about to sign away a house and never see the cash! Dalia got it and reassured us. Today we completed on the sale and the money is in the bank. To anyone who would like a quicker sale with no hassle, I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys. You will NOT get full market value - there is a trade off, and don't be upset by the offer which is typically around 20% under market value, but if you need a sale, speak to Good Move. Good Move’s adviser was very helpful and provided excellent advice for my personal situation which is fraught with problems surrounding the sale of the property. Whilst they will not be buying the property - I would happily recommend the company to others based on my experience today.
