Both Buzz and Sanele did an amazing service to pack our house and upload the items on to the Grace Removal truck on 15th and 16th Oct for door to door delivery from Auckland to Melbourne. Both of them were conscientious, professional and efficient in getting the task done on time. They were friendly and polite. Great service and team work!
It has been a pleasant experience engaging Grace Removals Auckland's services. Communication has been superb, with initial consultancy from Karun Batra who provided us with information and realistic quote and options on what to expect. Special mention and credit to Lindy De Bruyne, Customer Services Manager, who is thorough, professional, helpful and efficient, guided us in the entire process of the move. My daughter and I moved from Australia back to NZ recently. Grace removals , from start to finish, were absolutely amazing. There is nothing I had a problem with. The guys that came to pack up my stuff in Australia were quick, friendly and professional (I didn't get their names unfortunately) as was Natasha in Brisbane and Morne in Auckland. I was told 4-13 weeks and had an email 4 weeks later with a link to track my goods. I was given a date for delivery, after all inspections were done, and they were bang on time delivering. And again an amazing crew (Sanele and Masoe?). I was stressed that my unit wasn't big enough and straight away they put my mind at ease. Lovely guys and made everything easy. Would happily recommend Grace removals. You won't regret it !
The Wellington team was very helpful in all aspects of our move to Melbourne. They covered all the relevant info, timeframe, process and everything in between. Considerate and hard working packers. Knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. Didn't stand about taking to each other or to us, just worked non stop for 3 days. Took care of our home while they moved about. Loved their choice of music too!
