SHOCKING SERVICE

Grace Removals packed my household in NZ in August 2024 prior to my move back to Australia in September. When I transferred my belongings from my storage unit in December I found a number of timber furniture scratched and damaged, I fine bone china lace platter was wrapped in just paper and then placed at the BOTTOM of a large carton and then filled with solid heavy items. Of course my platter was smashed to bits. Over the last 12 months, I'm still realising so many more things went missing during my move. DON'T TRUST GRACE REMOVALS.Debra Forbes19/09/25 My Response: As I continued to unpack boxes over the past 12 months I found it just heat breaking to discover so many things were not delivered and items damage.d
