Grace are the best ⭐️. I had grace pack my house up in Auckland store my house lot for 12 months then deliver to me in Melbourne.I could not speak highly enough of the staff the office packers and movers in NZ and Aus delivery. I dealt with Kendra in Auckland over this whole time and she was amazing. Thank you so much Grace ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Auckland branch reps don't care and highly unprofessional. I have called three times in the past three days to have someone visiting from the Auckland branch or send an email advising quotes but nothing came. It seems they have too much business or they don't care about getting back to the customers. It just a first step and I'm having a headache with this company. They can't be trusted.

We moved from NSW to Tauranga in Feb 2023. The performance of Grace in Australia was pretty average, if not for the lady at the desk in Canberra ACT, it would have been worse, every time we had an issue, she sorted it out. The guys loading the truck were great and very friendly and helpful, very quick and careful, they packed ahead of schedule, they contract to Grace and are not actually Grace Staff.When we arrived in Tauranga, we had to contact Grace in Auckland as we had had no update on arrival times, we were told the dates are a bit fluid and the Container would be landed in Auckland and freighted overland to Tauranga. This was not our initial understanding from Grace when we booked the removal. We heard nothing for weeks, after phoning Auckland office we were told the ship would be unloading soon, however a friend at Tauranga docks informed us that the ship had been and gone from Tauranga a week before. Still no contact from Grace Auckland. We constantly had to phone to get any details of what was happening despite assurances that they would get back to us. Eventually we got a delivery date, and we told them we needed a time for delivery to ensure someone was at the house to open it for unloading. My wife was travelling to my son's house 2 hours before the expected delivery time and saw a delivery truck parked, she stopped and asked the driver if he was looking for somewhere, it turns out it was our truck, they had the wrong address and no contact details for us. Communication is now not a word I would associate with Grace removals, given the cost of over $20k I would have expected more. I met a young engineer who had moved from Victoria in Australia 6 months previously, and his story was strangely similar, Australia Grace were OK, NZ Grace were totally uncommunicative.We have moved nationally and internationally several times and have used other removalists before with no similar issues.Would I use Grace again? No.Would I recommend Grace? No.
Awful. We used Grace to move back to New Zealand from Melbourne and totally regret it and will never use them again.The delivery truck was packed with our shipment in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner and the crew were a couple of young casual rough looking guys.They delivered our expensive rimu chest of drawers to us broken. One of the feet on the drawers had been smashed off and it had lots of dents and marks from rough treatment. There were also plenty of marks, dents and scratches on our other property including a significant dent on some other reasonably new drawers and a cracked bowl.Even though we organised our move through Grace Removals Australia once our shipment reached New Zealand it was handled by Grace Removals NZ who we suspect were more responsible for the damage, although no one at Grace acknowledged responsibility for the damage to our drawers or could even provide an explanation for what happened.Overall we felt totally disrespected by how Grace Australia & New Zealand had treated our property that we had entrusted to them.
