Avoid this company, they're a scam website. I saw a pair of wicked looking trainers perfect for ravin', price wasn't too bad, wish I'd checked them out on here first. Item was a cheap knock-off of what I ordered. The smell of cheap plastic is so strong I literally have to keep them in my garden shed. No box for the trainers, crushed in transit, they look close to the pictures but is definitely NOT what I ordered. Poorly made, incredibly cheap quality. Have emailed very politely asking for a refund and of course have heard zilch in response. Will keep the trainers for another couple months JUST IN CASE I hear back but after that I'll be taking them to my nearest recycling center for advice on how to safely dispose of them without harming the local eco-system, because if these go into landfill somewhere you better believe something natural is gonna die nearby. I'm not joking when I say the smell is so bad I can't even have them in my house. Guessing they steal the images on the site from elsewhere. I should have done more research.
would give a minus rating if I could. I have purchased what was advertised in picture and writing as a loose fitting denim dress. It arrived eventually having been sent from Asia that took weeks. The dress was see through, polyester with a vile denim look print on it. I approached the company, I’ve basically been told that I’ve got to send the dress back at my own cost and that I may receive 10% if the value of it. Never in my life have I had dealings with such a crank company. Avoid at all cost.
AVOID THIS COMPANY . Items are misleading and do not match the website description. Products are cheap quality, clearly shipped from China and sold at inflated prices. When requesting a refund, customers are told to return items to China at their own expense, which is not clearly stated on their return policy. Full refunds and free return shipping cost due to item not matching the description are refused. Overall, a very misleading company and not trustworthy
My products arrived in ok condition. However, the linen trousers do not match the quality shown in the advertisement. I do agree with some previous comments in that the items are cheaply made and therefore don’t reflect the true price (perhaps this is why shipping to the UK is free because the price is covering this, as well as giving the company a profit). I also think transparency should appeal to customers. Advertising that the company is in a famous street in France, when in fact it’s being shipped from China is interesting to note.
Well I thought ordering 6 April most I would wait was a week. Its now 11 days and no parcel. I have emailed and no response. Beginning to think this is a scam. I thought the company was french but read the reviews and clearly not. I will give it till Monday and then go back to my credit card company because this is simply ridiculous.
