Absolutely awful! Placed two orders and payed extra to have them delivered sooner, didn’t arrive till days after, booked workmen who had to be put off. Ended up taking several days off only to find they didn’t deliver. Communication is atrocious! Can’t get through over phone it just cuts off. Won’t be ordering again and won’t be recommending this company, quite the opposite!
Order was supposed to arrive April 6th. I waited until 4:30pm with no word. Had to contact customer services to be informed that delivery wouldnt be made that day yet, no one contacted me to inform me. I had already taken 1 day off work. This mishap then meant I had to take a further day off. They guaranteed me next day deliver between 8am and 10pm yet the order again didnt arrive until 12:39. I was then met by a very rude delivery driver.
Ordered on Tuesday, picked my delivery date for Thursday of the same week. Arrived promptly.Cotswold Stone chippings in buff, cheaper than the usual DIY names, including delivery fee.I would say some chippings are on the smaller side, but for what we needed it served the purpose.Friendly delivery driver who moved the pallet to a desired position.
