Delivery didn’t turn up on the chosen date, there was no communication from Gravelmaster as to why, nobody answered the phone and there has been no reply to email sent. So… Urm… can’t give any more than 1 star. Even if it turns up next week, it’s still 1 star. What more can you say, unreliable, no communication, and frankly a waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.
Easy to navigate website with plenty of choice. Great value. Delivery was a day late but understandable following a bank holiday weekend. Delivery driver was excellent, dropping the pallet exactly where I wanted it (which wasn't easy). I ordered the 14-20mm Scottish pebbles and they look lovely, really pleased with them. I will be a returning customer when I get around to tackling the front garden. Highly recommend
Ordered my gravel last week, well before the bank holiday to be delivered over a week later - so should have been fine!As others have said, I have also not received my order, supposed to arrive on the 8th, heard nothing all day, so I called Palletforce direct who were delivering (as no one answers the phone at Gravel master and it cuts out after 15 minutes) and they said its not due till the 9th and hadn't even been sent by the company so would never come before the 9th!! Despite my delivery date being the 8th.So I booked another day off work for arrival today and the 9th is over and my order sill has not arrived!Still no answers, no gravel and over £100 down, I feel like I am talking to myself now.Avoid like the plague.
Absolutely awful! Placed two orders and payed extra to have them delivered sooner, didn’t arrive till days after, booked workmen who had to be put off. Ended up taking several days off only to find they didn’t deliver. Communication is atrocious! Can’t get through over phone it just cuts off. Won’t be ordering again and won’t be recommending this company, quite the opposite!
Product and price was very good. Delivery and customer service was unfortunately different. Paid extra for an AM delivery, called at 11.30 to be told it was on the later run but in our local post code so will be about 1-2pm. Called back at 2 30 to be told it will now be about 5pm. No updates given, no tracking info. Awful.
The guy who delivered it wouldn't even wait for my Mrs to move her car off our front and dumped the ton pallet of stone in front of next doors drive ON THE ROAD ! and drove off ill not be ordering again i took pictures and will showing our local councillor, dumping it on the road when I have a drive to reverse on to. ridiculous !!!
