I booked a morning delivery slot and paid extra. Had an email saying delivery before 12 but didn’t turn up until 2pm so really annoying I had to stay in until then. However delivery guy was great and products good quality. Better communication regarding delivery would be better
Ordered on Tuesday, picked my delivery date for Thursday of the same week. Arrived promptly.Cotswold Stone chippings in buff, cheaper than the usual DIY names, including delivery fee.I would say some chippings are on the smaller side, but for what we needed it served the purpose.Friendly delivery driver who moved the pallet to a desired position.
5 star service from start to finish no broken promises on day/time of delivery or total price like some other suppliers, highly recommend and definitely will use again superb company to deal with
