This company will happily take your order, but then fail to deliver, they take no accountability for deliveries blaming third party suppliers. Will not offer any form of compenstion for you making plans to be available to take delivery. They will not tell you that the items are not coming and are hard to contact blaming a busy call line. Shocking service from a company that couldn't careless. Avoid.
Sat here still at 13.30 having paid for an A.M slot but never appeared , was told after 2 phone calls it will definitely be here but not sure when !! Kudos to Justin he fights for the company and tries to back them but its not good when the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing or a collection of companies try to fob of customers with terms and conditions , my fault i guess trying to save £30 will use my local Wickes next time .It would be one star if not for Justin trying to solve the issue .
I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is an absolute shambles. Ordered 1000kg of gravel for £133 and chose the offered delivery date of Tuesday 31st March. This date came and it was a no show. Had to ring customer services to find out it was NOT going to be delivered. Asked why and they said they employ a third party haulier and they have no control over their ability to deliver. REALLY?! They then said delivery would be Thurs 2nd April. Guess what - it was an another no show! It’s now bank holiday Easter weekend so no deliveries at all until Tues 7th April. I complained and said this was appalling service. Only to be told that their t&c’s do state that they cannot guarantee any delivery date - despite offering all consumers a choice of delivery date at time of order. I was then also told that if I cancelled I would incur cancellation charges, even though they had missed two delivery dates! Absolutely diabolical company, diabolical attitude and diabolical consumer satisfaction. AVOID!!!!! Update: advised them they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I have been left hanging with no response. This matter has now been handed over to my credit card’s fraud/dispute team.
