Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews you see below. I signed up for their service more than 3 years ago, and I had to give it up after the first year. They promise a lot but deliver very little. Their platform is full of bugs and the customer service is a joke.I purchased their lifetime offer at the end of 2021 hoping I won't have to pay for CRM ever again. It was a dream that crashed as soon as I moved my online business to their platform. But after a very frustrating year, I had to go back to my previous CRM, swearing I would never use their service again.Save your money and do not invest your time and business with them - you'll regret it.
Trusting in Mike Filsaime was not a good idea, now in the aftermath. He is a 20+ yrs online marketer. And his Groove CM + AI project looked very promising and futuristic. I relied on the name and the idea that company would have sufficient founding behind to create something beautiful and state of the art. I was WRONG. I am a PLATINUM MEMBER of Groove CM since 2020, meaning a "backer" = founding member based on trust. Waited. And until today the platform is CLUMSY, tutorials exist, but often very confusing order and no clear place to follow updates.Groove AI is a fun to use tool. But altogether I never got it all to work properly based on extremely time consuming way to use all of Groove.The customer support ist ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE. Right now I have a 4 weeks old ticket I reopened, as the issue was not clearly resolved, and I kid you not, after 4 weeks still I have NO response to it.Finally I fell for the hype and even joined the Groove AI Certification program for Groove AI Workflows. NOT only do I have NO access to Workflows yet. Waiting.. waiting... but also everything is SO CONFUSING I have the hardest time even FINDING where the training is, where to subscribe to training, where to find replays if any, and all support is given in the several Facebook groups, with VERY WEAK RESPONSE.In Summary, Groove turns out to be a GIANT BLOWN UP BALOON, where- Logins sometimes do not work, and then the password recovery fails.- I am a paid platinum member for 3 products now (over 4 years of trust and waiting), and there is NO CENTRAL HUB where I could ever see my purchases, products and access links in ONE place.- Like said, totorials are spread all over the place including old outdated youtube videos. THERE IS a big knowledge base, to give some credit. But the whole website creation process is rather TIME CONSUMING- Customer support gives half answers about tutorials, and wrote, I shall find it on youtube and search the knowledgebase. They did NOT answer my question, where to find the most current updates!- The facebook groups are many, and seem to be the hub. But even there questions are NOT being answered in a long time.- WORST of all is, the WHOLE GROOVE ECOSYSTEM should be working together smoothly. But instead it is like a big puzzle with constant searching for parts to fit together.FOR COMPANY that CLAMIS to be STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY and even suggests working with AI WORKLFOWS for process optimization.... THIS IS A complete NO GO. GROOVE is the most confusing system I have EVER used.I am so annoyed by the chaos, the constant seraching where is what and especially bad training directions, I wasted SO MUCH TIME TRYING to use it, that I often gave up and kept gong back to my oldschool Wordpress website usage and the fantastic, fast and easy to setup Systeme.io platform. - So far GROOVE has just been a giant time consumer, hard to follow, and most annyoing support. Sometimse support is good. But for real issues I wait forever and resolve is weak.In summary I am starting to regret every penny that I put into this.It is just HIGH HOPES GIVE ME YOUR MONEY product.THE BEST about GROOVE are MIKE FILSAIME's sales skills.I REALLY started to BELIEVE his ENTHUSIASM. I thought, if this is real, and he claims to be a tech geek and addict, then Groove WILL be a techical masterpeace. BUT IT IS NOT. Maybe it is, but the PRACTICAL USE OF IT and UNRELIABILITY sucks so much, I am done with it now.- I WAS LOOKING FORWARD to be a WHITE LABEL reseller, with a great platform under my belt. BUT I NOW TOTALLY REFRAIN from recommending this to anyone, I would not dare. I am afraid to spoil my reputation with customers who would blame me for the hard use of the platform. How can I sell it to customers, when I have a hard time getting sorted and efficient using Groove myself.After 4 years of full access to all released tools, I am just frustrated and regret it.
I worked with Jayson Neri in figuring out a problem I was having on my site and he stepped right in and explained how it had to be fixed. He even waited while I tested the live version to make sure it was working properly. THANK YOU JAYSON!
