Deceptive seller experience.

Deceptive seller experience. I bought an item for £29.99, but I was charged £47.70. The item was returned within a week of purchase to the vendor. However, I noticed that the payment deducted from my account was £47.70 instead of £29.99. When I raised this issue with the seller, I was informed that the item was purchased over 30 days ago. They have denied my refund request. I advise against purchasing from this seller.

Groove is Fantastic!

I've been using Groove for a long time. Building a website was quite straightforward, and I found helpful online videos along with fantastic live training sessions. While there were a few minor software issues, they were quickly resolved. I now manage my memberships and products through Groove, having transitioned my other sites as well. The team is actively developing new products, and many previous backers received some for free! I don't understand the negative feedback since users were aware they were supporting new products, which is why they got them at a lower price. I've been using Groove not only for myself but for several clients, and it has been a lifesaver. It’s an all-in-one business platform with a bright future ahead!

I registered for their Courses.gg. Initially, I didn’t use it, and now that I've logged in, I can’t find any tutorials or a way to contact support (my email bounced back). I'm unsure if the service is operational or if I can get a refund.

Frustrating Experience with CMS

My experience with the CMS has been quite frustrating. The platform is full of bugs that disrupt workflow and functionality. As a lifetime member, I don't regret my decision, but I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to save your money and find an alternative. Many existing negative reviews have highlighted the issues I've faced. Consider this: 1. The platform seems to be perpetually in beta, while the founders focus on launching new products. 2. Complaints from lifetime members are ignored, and those who voice concerns are publicly criticized by the founder. 3. Each time you log in, less is available, showing a disregard for existing customers. 4. Customer support is essentially non-existent; I have a month-old ticket without a response. Please take your business elsewhere!

Completely ineffective

Completely ineffective! Getting a refund seems impossible! I was promised a return of my unrequested second year subscription, but after 6 months, I’ve seen nothing. They cancel your account upon your request, but you can only contact support through the account, which is unresponsive. Avoid this at all costs!

Mixed feelings

I'm updating my review. Initially, I was very frustrated due to the lack of acknowledgment after receiving a reply to my request. I sent multiple messages with no response. Finally, my review caught their attention, and they responded, promising to resolve my issue. This is a positive step. I previously mentioned a charge of $700, which was in AUD, so I wasn't overcharged. The frustration stemmed from poor response times and a support portal that has felt broken over time. The product/service seems to still be in a beta state as others have noted.

Regretful lifetime membership

As a lifetime member, I wish I could get my money back. The system is so glitchy that I'm always troubleshooting. Customer service is hard to reach, and the responses are often unhelpful. I dread making updates. Worst money spent.
