Varnita Pandya is the reason I'm still with Groove

There is just one reason i am still with Groove, and that is is Varnita Pandya, from GrooveDigital SupportShe has constantly helped me with loom videos, sorting out my problems.I found that the Groove drag and drop is not as intuitive as WordPress or other drag and drop softwares.I intented to sign up for Systeme.io, even though I bought the lifertime Groove option.

Great customer support! UX needs help

I've been using Groove for a couple of years, and overall it's a solid platform. The customer service, especially, is top-notch. One of the CSRs, Varnita, answered all my questions quickly and accurately.Like with all platforms, there's a learning curve, and sometimes the user experience leaves something to be desired. But Groove is constantly improving, so I'm confident it will get easier and easier to use in the future.

Varnita was of great help during our chat session!

Varnita was of great help during our virtual support chat! She was efficient and had already opened the ticket I had sent to the Help Desk, so she was already aware of my issues. When she fixed my GrooveSell checkout links, she did it quickly and took the initiative to also fix the issue in my account for me. We also discovered another bug while conversing, which she immediately brought up with the Dev team that same day. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience I had with Varnita throughout our virtual support chat session.
